Resident Evil REmix

I have replaced many of the ganado walking animations with those that look more like a traditional zombie walk (two different sets for variety). I have removed the gandado attacks (in 90% of the enemy sets) and replaced them with bite attacks, which to me is a more traditional zombie attack.

Good evening mr. curious, is it possible to download this game somehow, if possible, of course? I want to try for a long time.

I have a friend who has helped with coding. Some others have helped with research & tool development. Others have helped some with problematic models and animations. I have pretty much done 70-80% of the work that was involved;

3d Modeling (custom enemy & player models, custom weapon & ammo models, custom item models, custom stage models, custom inventory models) texture editing, sound editing, event editing, lighting editing, effect editing, menu editing, item placement, cutscene editing, sourcing models, sounds, and textures, game research, tool development, tutorials, testing rooms, programming development, troubleshooting, helping others with their projects, on and on and on. 

The truth is though that I am burned out. I have been working on this for over 4 years and have lost my inspiration to take this any further. For the past 4+ years I have worked 50-60 hour weeks.. almost all my free time.. It just consumed me because of my intense focus and perfectionism. The good news is that the mod is pretty much done, so it will not be unfinished.. I have just decided that it ends now, and that I will be releasing it soon.

I am going to take a nice break before I come back to fix a few minor things then spend some time on promo. Maybe by the end of the year it will be out, then I will retire from modding re4. =)

Hello thanks for your reply. I will say that you have been doing alot of work. and plus your mod has gathered alot of attention from the resident evil community. Its by far one of the best (if not the best) mod that has come to Resident evil 4 or any Resident evil game. I am sorry you have gotten burnt out and i understand that too. That is alot of work you have put into a mod. Very good dedication. I hope to befriend you somehow because i am truly interested in trying to make something myself. i have been modding Resident evil 4 since i was 13 years old on my pc's. Remember the old days when you would use Hex editor to change the enemies and their looks lmfao. However it seems to be more advanced now. when i first came across this mod in 2018 i was mind blown at what someone could achieve by coding. Its absolutly amazing and i am dying to try it out. If you would, Somehow tell me personally as soon as it comes out because i want to play it and just explore the original mansion thru the re4 engine. I do have a few questions tho, How long is the play through? How many different weapons is there now? Are the eneimies gonna act as the original? Did you add everything like the original or did you make it more shorter? Is the enemies gonna be as strong as normal ganados in Resident evil 4 or weaker? sorry if some of these questions are a bit spoiler type and if they are, You may not answer them lmfao. Anyways although you are burnt out, I truly a HUGE resident evil fan will say i am PROUD OF YOU MR CURIOUS! This kind of work needs to be seen by Capcom. (well maybe after we all get the download so it doesnt get shut down) because you truly do deserve a spot in Capcoms studio. I have never said anything to you until now because Realistically i didnt want to bother you. Now Mr Curious you do deserve a break from a 4 year project. And i hope, that after you release this, in a few years, you come back and Make more awesome things. I have alot of ideas on what could be made as mini tools to make Resident evil 4 modding easier. And you would know how to possibly put those into effect better, given the fact that you have made this Remix. Anyways sorry for the long Statement, But as always, Cheers man and cant wait to see the release date! maybe we could work together some day on something grand
