Hi I'm just wondering if i will get banned in re5 if i add mods or trainer into the game and I'm sorry for my English I'm not a native english speaker

From my experience, no. It doesn't seem like this game has any protection from cheaters(only xlive has, but that can be easily patched), let alone model/texture mods.

In the online versus modes i dont know, but all single player stuff should be safe, i play those games modded since their release and had never encountered or heard of any problems regarding banning.

No you won't get banned for using online whether it's mercenaries or versus. The worse that can happen is desync or disconnect (like if you're using a customized loadout/inventory for your character on a trainer that the other players don't have on your player slot when you're playing)
Here's a video where I used Barry over Wesker STARS in Survivors with Barry having his own unique melees and using STARS Wesker default loadout to maintain a stable match with random players:
