the cotton texture feels very "hard", i mean, it doesn't look like cotton, it looks very flat

My only recommendation is change it so the textures don't look overly "shiny" on his jacket and have a more mat finish since it's a soft less smooth type of leather. This looks pretty sweet btw.

whenever i go to new game it plays the first cutscene (leon telling what happened) after the cutscene it just crashes
what did i do wrong?

For me, it also crashes, but just a few seconds after I started a new game

Updated!It took some time, but i've finally released. Again a huge thanks to Bio Weapon and EvilLord for helping me out with this mod and i hope you all enjoy it, any issues or suggestion let me know. Also if you noticed i've removed Ashley mod because she was crashing and i didn't had time to fix, but soon i'll release her again with some improvements such as eyes animation and hair physics. Are you still working on Ashley model with eyes animations and hair physics?
