i found unreal engine reeeally interesting, specially for the versatility and the professional results that you can get, i would love if you can teach us some cool stuff related to RE on UE, the only stuff related to RE on youtube is the old camera system. Nice job on wesker by the way, really smooth and blended moves!

UE4 has poor root motion support, i had to convert some animations to inplace. I was trying to mkae game be convertable to multiplayer, but i had to use root motion for dashes. And as i said root motion and ue4 are far appart. Other than that its pretty cool engine.

Hello everyone. I decided to give a little insight on what am i doing right now. So after making few drafts and fooling around with wesker in ue4 i decided that i can make a simple mercenary-like game. Of course without any overcoplicated stuff. For now i am working on a plug and play system. Sort of. I am planning to make base classes for weapons, characters enemies so later on i can just import new characters/weapons/etc, set up materials, change few variable and new character/weapon is ready to go. For now am working on characters.

that looks neat! any suggestion for the quickturns? So, the character rotates with the controller. Rotate controller 180 degrees using timeline. While timeline plays, you play turning animation. If u have any difficulties hit me up in PM.
