My question is did Chris steal this from wesker in re5 and modify it to his liking in re7? Oh well, we'll never know unless if some new DLC comes to light and shows how Chris is involved in re7, anyways cool mod

i can't extract it, there's a password? You don't need to extract, just drag and drop the file in your game directory.
