So far, I tried with the uPl01AcHeadHelenaAsia.arc, changed the face and hair with the one of Tina, and I tried follow all the step of darknessvaltier tutorial, but after doing most of the step I think I shouldn't have extracted and merged the data folder of uPlTex0110_0, uPlTex0110_1 and uPlTex0110_2, uPlTex0110_3 with the data folder of uPl01AcHeadHelenaAsia, you agree?
??
I think after reading more things:
z6.invisionfree.com/Resident_Evil_4_PC/index.php?s=b507a47dc0042454ff15f5ba36c71db1&showtopic=25757&st=30I haven't cut the name of the mesh that I choosed, I just copy-pasted a mesh name to Tina head, and used the script to put Lodx0 to all the mesh name, and Lodx255 to the mesh of Tina, but I didn't done the "make unique" thing and the re-import the 3d model with the "cut skin wrap" process to paste it. And I didn't selected all the thing I should have while clicking Export...
And in the face, there's almost not any meshes with Lodx1, all 255 almost, I don't really know if it make a difference.
As I said, I didn't touched the eyes, and I changed the texture in the arc: pl0100_00face_BM / MM / NM
and pl0100_00hair_00_BM / MM for the hair. So, when loaded in cutscene it made somekind of big mess with huge flat black shapes moving around a weird Helena face, I should retry to do the modding process since I screwed it up.
And also, I forgot to leave the original mod file ...x.mod while repacking, and when adding the mesh in the skinwrap and then clicking Convert to Skin, for the face model, the meshe08 doesn't work, I had to remove it, while for the hair model, the meshes23 to 33 almost, don't work either when converting the skinwrap to skin.
Can you help me zakizakizaki please?
I share my files(about Tina model and textures, and Helena arc folder) with a mediafire link?
You share yours if they are better?
Did you also had 2 textures for Tina's hair and you merged them in one?
I don't want to be annoying, just, trying... Need a bit help about few things...
I think I should also have checked the bones rigging to apply some weighting modification with an Edit Mesh modifier maybe, but I just wanna: first, accomplish the import of the model in cutscenes, then try to improve it with weighting tool and all...
