If it is a PS button mod, it has been updated to work with the HD project and Assignment Ada. Only ones not updated are my X360 Button mods.
The version I have is the latest update you posted on your topic (V6) for PS buttons. OK, I will check it and reupload a fixed version.
But 2am here so will do it tomorrow

Reuploaded the V6 release. Assignment Ada should work now. Still crashing. :/ Edit: Something seems wrong with my game, because I uninstalled buttons mod and Assignment Ada still crash. Also before that, Assignment Ada was working fine after Albert's advice about the pack file, but in mercenaries Hunk and Wesker were making the game crash. I'll completely uninstall RE 4 when back from holidays and reinstall it, then HD Project and the buttons mod. Last Edit : I finally reinstalled the game with HD Project, PS buttons mod and high poly Leon's head, and now the game works fine.

albert Sorry for asking again (you didn't really gave me an answer last time about knife item), do you think you could bring it back in the game to be compatible with your mod? It's not as useful as the silencer but it can be fun for knife only runs or to make the game a little bit more difficult.

It's not as useful as the silencer but it can be fun for knife only runs or to make the game a little bit more difficult. I'm confused. Can't you simply empty your Inventory and play the game with the knife that is always available?

Can't you simply empty your Inventory and play the game with the knife that is always available? Yes, but it's not the same than having knife as an item in the inventory. And as I already said before, what is more cool when you have this item is that you always see it in Leon's hand in game when you equip it. It can also make the game more difficult if you want to play with challenge, because you will need to manage all your weapons including knife in the inventory (as it was planned in early version of the game).

The problem is if I restore the knife I'd need to reduce the 3D detail of some other items and I don't think that's a good idea. That knife it's an accidental leftover. It shouldn't be there. The silencer is another story because Wesker use it in the mercenaries and it seems "a lot of" people use in the Leon's main game. I'd only restore it if I found our a way of even optimizing more the inventory 3D models without losing 3D detail.

I hope that you will manage to integrate it one day without losing quality on the other models.
