Playing the game with this mod is EVERYTHING! Such an unbelievable/professional/high quality experience.
Have you guys been hired by anyone yet ? Crapcom should be begging you to work for them. Wishing you all the success.
Also once this project is complete do you have plans to mod other RE games ?

We've just released a small patch that fixes a few things: www.re4hd.com/?p=6135Issues Addressed in this Patch: Rifle (semi-auto w/scope) examine view fix: The game would crashed when you examined that model. Silencer (Leon’s Handgun) has been re-included in the inventory: We originally removed all beta and repeated items in Leon’s inventory “.dat” file in order to gain extra space to store higher polygon versions for the other inventory items. However it seems that some people still use that silencer via a Trainer. No 3D detail of the other models has been lost because of this re-inclusion. Chinese language fix for the “Got something that might interest you” Merchant cutscene: The MDT file included in the evd file was wrong and made the game crash when subtitles were ON. Motion blur restored to default values: We originally increased the motion blur effect for certain areas of the game to better match the Gamecube version (that effect was more obvious at SD resolutions), but this has caused dizziness for some, and many simply do not prefer it. Adapted r100.udas file (the very first area of the game) for the “Flawless Widescreen” mod: This will address crashes encountered in the first area of the game for those using the Flawless Widescreen mod.

Is the beta knife item still usable?
Edit: Ok I just tried and it makes the game crash. I hope you can fix that when you have the time (not urgent).

I know that most likely you will want to rest after this project is completed, but it would be great if you continued the similar rework for other games that have poor textures.
For example Revelations, which was ported from 3DS and has also not the best detail in the environment.

They are just glass statues. It can be completely changed but I don't see it as a mistake but a design decission. Is the beta knife item still usable? Edit: Ok I just tried and it makes the game crash. I hope you can fix that when you have the time (not urgent). We removed all beta and repeated items to obtain extra file storage and make the other models higher polygon. But we restored the silencer bacause some people use it. You can use the knife withot the need of beeing in the inventory case. Is there something special about that beta knife I'm not aware of?

With that item equipped, Leon always has the knife in hand in game. I grant you it's not as useful as the muffler but it can be fun for a knife only run for example.

ROFL so i was messing around with model swapping in RE4 and i was like (hmm what if i sawp adas dress lower part to ashleys skirt) and well XD it haves physics but they are a bit broken :DDD (i assume cuz its searching for the actual physics values for adas dress and not ashleys) here is another pic XD i wonder if we can find the correct physics files can we actually make adas dress fully working with physics cuz from what i saw IT does move it just i guess needs the correct ones in there (which i have no clue on where to get or replace)

I don't know if it's caused by the HD Project mod, but when I start Assignment Ada the game crash.
