Some progress to share! Revised Leon's jacket based on feedback (still trying to keep it subtle), redid Leon's hair (also trying to keep it subtle and true to the original), and finished the first Ganado.    More information and images at the site: www.re4hd.com

nice Job but when are you gonna start working on the PC version ? now that we have the ability to edit the texture files :-p I'm already working on the PC edition. It's just easier to share the progress using the Dolphin version.

This looks great, except for the weird splotch of colour on his arms. You should get rid of any of that on his jacket. I can see how it got there, I can see that streak on the original texture, except in the original it's only a mild highlight that blends in with the rest of the texture, on yours it sticks out and doesn't really make sense. Also, the detail on the sheepskin collars is too faint (and fine?)
