Thak you venom! I did it and it's no dangerous at all. So people who is having crash issues, please could you try using this tool?? www.ntcore.com/4gb_patch.phpAnd the file you need to patch is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Resident Evil 4\Bin32\bio4.exe It will create a backup file so original bio4.exe won't be lost. If that's the definitve solution for crash issues then Cris and I won't need to optimize more rooms and the final texture patch will be over 40 GB XD ... Just kidding ... Maybe ...

Really? I'm assuming you had crashes and they stopped after patching the exe file, am I right? Then great!!

Yes, before I applied the patch to the games exe I played though the village 3 times and it would crash in the 3 rooms mentioned almost without fail.
But now that I have patched my games exe I have played though the entire village without a single crash.

well i played through the village area and now im at the El Gigante area and i didnt have any crashes so far ? or is the crashes further on ? ANYWAY Nice job you guys i really enjoy replaying re4 now Looks so beautiful its like it was meant to be like this i hope you will finish the full game in to time but that will take time so its ok we can all wait and enjoy the game after a magical recreation Also will you be doing the characters and weapons too ? if so i assume that will happen after the main stage retextures ?

my game was always crashing in the graveyard! so was i had this idea to use 4gigas patch.
i think ''if the problem is the same the solution must be too'' uhuahauhaua!!

I tried the village hd patch, it works like a charm with Sigma/Martins shader fix 1.05 and Paku's Gradient #3, I highly suggest you to use these fixes!
