Excellent as always. have a question. How long does it take(on average) for you to create a HD texture from ground up?

Excellent as always. have a question. How long does it take(on average) for you to create a HD texture from ground up? Interesting question! It really depends on a variety of factors: 1. The complexity of the texture 2. Whether it's intended to be tiled / repeated or not 3. Whether I can find a suitable set of hi-res images to work from to recreate it 4. If the original texture is clear enough to make out the details (a good number are blurry messes where it's hard to see what it's supposed to be) 5. If it's a kind of material I've recreated many times before (for example, wood planks go pretty quickly now, whereas that mud texture took longer since it's less common) The shortest amount of time that an HD texture from the ground up has taken is about 15 minutes or so. The longest amount of time has been about 6-7 hours (due to needing multiple revisions to get it right). Thankfully more often than not it doesn't take nearly that long.

Refinements continue! Lots of textures that are stretched over huge expanses to create the cliff walls, muddy ground, etc. Enjoy! LoL It's hard to believe how low res the original textures are, they look like shit xD Awesome work ur doing buddy!

Nice job. If you really want to get rid of that bad UV stuff forever, just have a record of their names and after I sent you the very first version of stage modding toolset, you'll be able to edit and correct those ugly UV's by yourself. Don't waste your time by re editing the texture to cover up Capcom's lazy bugs. Just wait for my PM dude.

I think it's still important to try to correct as many of these issues as possible, though. Of course, some seams are impossible to correct, so a tool like the one you're working on will be important. Thanks again for the support!!
