I would love to see them all using your import method. i was thinking the same, as i've shown mr George how to do the porting stuff with details from other games we were thinking on some collab topic with all re6 characters, including the ada i just did, but before i wanted to test some stuff, and i finished my research so now i think we are able to bring that topic to the forum, expect to see it soon on the modding section! by the way, using re6 horrible rig may cause some issues, so you better remember how long it can take to port a whole character haha, specially speaking about the faces, the left pic is the one from capcom, and the one from the right is the one rigged by me:

In skinwrap use vertex deformation or face deformation? is perfect Riggeo I personally always use vertex deformation. but I think both george and ironsoul use a method where they port over the whole model with skeleton from the other games. which is how they get such a good result. (i'm simplifying the explanation, but that sums it up)

Actually we adapt the rigging from the actual game to the tarjet's game skelleton, jake's using wesker/chris skelleton but with the actual rigging from re6 jake's skelleton, same as sherry and ada, using both sheva's skelleton but with their corresponding rigging, that way the stability on the mod highly improves and you can't have random crash and/or bones misbehaviour the materials and mesh replacament plus the facial rigging is hand made tough
