its kinda complicated to explain, but i'll try: First of all you'll need to get a "moddeable" body, the most moddeable body, so you'll have 0 chance of getting an unknown error from the script screwing up 5 hours of work xD so i based my research on sheva (aman based his script over sheva, so she's the most moddeable slot so far) then you'll have to combine excella's and sheva's model into one, you'll have to adapt every bone ID with its corresponding ID from the bones from sheva, now you have excella's body combined with sheva, now you have a fully moddeable excella body. once you have this edited version of excella you'll have to merge her cutscene face with sheva's cutscene face again using aman's model merge tool, you'll have to learn how the bone system work in order to avoid huge deformations and bad bone assignment. and finally you can start playing with which part is the most stable, the face by itself will show huge shadow bugs and the eyes will be popping out of the face all the time, that means that you have to use another bodypart to get the game to render your model properly. it takes a long time to learn this but once you get it you can get really cool results like the one i posted above, sheva doing the humillate melee without the long face, jill on the cutscenes, jill using rebecca's weapons, etc etc... and the best part is that those characters can work along other original characters since you adapt the model to the lmt files from the original character, so you can play as excella on sheva's slot without the need of replacing every sheva with excella, the sound might be bugged but that's a fair trade

it is xD and i forgot to mention that you have to do the "mesh replacement" so the game will recognize when the face must be showed and when not, here's how the process look on the model, some of those pics are hilarious (i did the complete research on 4 hours, more or less): first stage: nothing adjusted, just her lower side (all of the player models have the same ID on the legs for some reason) 2nd stage, part of her hair and her jaw/lips are adjusted to sheva's structure: 3rd stage, jill is high as f*ck xD here i had the eye bones identified but in the wrong position (each eye have 1 bone for the position and 1 for the rotation, i got confused by this and flipped the id's, as result jill is looking at the center) 4 stage, identified some of the eyebrows ID and fixed her eyes: stage n°5: fixed her facial structure (and front hair structure) completely: stage n°6: right arm implemented and fixed some shoulders issues: Final Stage, added her left arm and re-assigned her finger ID, her smile seems a bit weird but that's just her topology toying with my patience: final result: edit:

So, this head supposed to be done every time for a different model or this is universal? I mean, if you use the standard Sheva, then in the cutscenes we get her body, but Jill's head?

sheva uses a different system than the dlc chapters, her cutscene head is universal, so you're right about that, if you choose sheva normal you'll get this cutscene head, fortunately for us crapcom gave us a different ID for every main character model, even chris stars and bsaa have different id's so you'll be able to have jill BSAA and jill Battlesuit in different slot with the corresponding head for each. However, on the extra chapters i have to replace every model with my custom files, but the result is pretty nice aswell, excella have some deformations on her tongue and lips, seems like she's too expressive sometimes, but most of the time she looks stunning:
