As if right now i don't know how to fix the model and i cannot release the mods by myself only. I'm looking for a partner. Perhaps you are interested?

hmmm...well tbh im bored with RE4 modding lately.so i dont think i can accept that but let me think of it. kinda busy with RE5 and 6 modding.and also daily stuff in rl. anyway i make a video on how to fix the problem (specially with legs) (you can also use this in any part if you have a rig problems)

take a look at this bone 3 it's always like this i dont know why, i cant unmark it.. but any vertex in it head is already joint to bone 4.

Shift + left click mouse = Mark Shift + Right click mouse = Unmark again im really sorry.its been a while since i use Milkshape.gomen i refer the one from 3ds max.

I made a mod following your video, put Jill in place of Ada, however, it is colorless, it is all white, how do I make the textures appear?

Just place assigned textures to adas folder If its mercenaries outfit its pl0b, Assignment ada is pl0c and Seperate ways ada is pl16
EDIT: if you reconvert PMD file back to SMD, texture will be sorted for example:
0_head.tga 1_eyes.tga 2_face.tga 3_hands.tga and etc. so you must place sorted textures to coresponding folder as well
