It's not actually sold stats, they've only released the 'shipped' stats and none of the current info has factored in any digitally distributed copies so for what it's worth the only important data is that they're saying it has already gotten it's dev costs back which leads the general implication that it was not a lot to begin within in contrast to 6 and given the general quantity of things within either game being as they are it's not a big surprise as to how that happened.

Channeling my petty side and praying it didn't do well, honestly.

Channeling my petty side and praying it didn't do well, honestly. You want their employees to starve? Their employees already got paid for making the game in the first place, unless it's normal for Japanese companies to withhold salary on a project like this until it's finished, which would mean no one at Capcom attached to Resident Evil 7 has been paid since February of 2014 (tough industry, game development). Sarcasm aside, I think she meant this as more a matter of "See, that was a bad idea Capcom. Don't do it again."

The M79 is actually really simple: it has a hinge at the top, which you flip open, extract the case, load a new shell in, then flip it closed and shut the latch. It's a firearms mechanic that's roughly 200 years old. Can confirm, even a newbie can load it with ease. Reloading handguns under duress flawlessly, though? Less easy. If you want to talk weird, how about that Colt SAA they rechambered in 9mm you can reload as fast as the Hi Power, 92FS, Desert Eagle, and VP70M? For those of you at home, the Single Action Army doesn't have a swing-out cylinder the way traditional revolvers (like, say, Barry's Silver Serpent or the M500). Instead, it uses a loading gate, similar to a shotgun, except unlike a shotgun, which ejects the spent casing after each shot (that's part of what the pump or semi-auto action is for), the SAA's casings have to be manually extracted using, if I recall, an extractor rod built into the frame, which makes this reload cycle specifically a time consuming process. That's part of why so many cowboys carried two pistols at a time: anyone who's ever duel wielded will tell you it's stupid and wasteful (unless you're just trying to throw a lot of lead very quickly) due to severe accuracy degradation, but if you fire all six rounds from one gun, you could then switch to the other without having to pause to reload, which could mean the difference between life and death in a shootout. Gun's not just about shootin', it's also about reloadin'. You know what I'm talkin' about, dontcha, Stranga?

So you're wishing ill intentions on a company because of your dislike towards their product? thats honestly extremely 'rude' and like you acclaimed yourself, very petty Negative point aside, Capcom themselves feels the game will reach their intended GOAL so sorry to disapoint you I guess? XD

XD Yes, I am! I also don't really care if it's rude or not. That makes you worse than Capcom. No offense. Yes I do hate their FPS game. Doesnt mean I will want their employees to starve. And yes they do starve. Their bosses wont starve, but the ones who work their ass off to make these games, aka employees, will get low wage (not common) or loose the chance of promotion or Capcom might even fire some of their employees (Just like MS did sometime ago). At best, I would want them to add 3rd person cam as optional, even fixed cam beside FPS cam for their next RE games. That will keep everyone happy. Who else's agree with me about the optional cam thing? Haha yes, employees at a company with more than a single game are going to starve because one bombed. Stellar logic there, my friend. XD This exactly. Thanks.
