It's super hard to understand the installation instructions. As if the instructions have been translated by google translator or something. I extracted the files in the listed locations and replaced but I see no difference. The mafia skin looks the same old low quality one. What am I doing wrong? Maybe you can post you untranslated instructions so I can figure out a better translation?

OK if I understand all this correctly, I should have the following modded files: \Resident Evil 4\BIO4\Em\pl00.udas (replacing original with same name) \Resident Evil 4\BIO4\Em\pl08.udas (replacing original with same name) \Resident Evil 4\BIO4\Em\pl09.udas (replacing original with same name) \Resident Evil 4\BIO4\Em\pl10.udas (replacing original with same name) \Resident Evil 4\BIO4\Em\pl19.udas (replacing original with same name) \Resident Evil 4\BIO4\ImagePackHD\01000000.pack (replacing original with same name) \Resident Evil 4\BIO4\ImagePackHD\01000008.pack (and delete 01000008.pack.yz2.lfs) \Resident Evil 4\BIO4\ImagePackHD\01000009.pack (and delete 01000009.pack.yz2.lfs) \Resident Evil 4\BIO4\ImagePackHD\01000010.pack (and delete 01000010.pack.yz2.lfs) \Resident Evil 4\BIO4\ImagePackHD\01000019.pack (and delete 01000019.pack.yz2.lfs) ...for some reason I still get the original mafia skin.

Your method looks solid. Make sure pl19 doesn't have a .pack (not pack.yz2) file in place
. Also curious. Are you using Raz0rs trainer ?

Yes I am using that exact trainer and the HD project, sorry for not mentioning them earlier! I have not been using the costume or any other character swap features though...

Try without trainer and let me know if the mafia outfit works as it should.
edit. It looks like the lfs files are still there. The mod won't work with this files present. Please read my tutorial on lfs files.

sorry, I thought I double checked it. it's working now, with the trainer! what other enhancement mods would you recommend with this setup? OK I'm glad you got it working… There is a sound mod for wepaons on here that I particularly like. I think you can find it in the audio section… Other than that, the world is your oyster Happy Modding!

hello, im really in love with ur mod i swear i bought the game just only to apply the mod , anyways im having a really huge issue that when i use trainer to get Leon's jacket back after completing chapter 1 of course ( YOUR GORGEOUS JACKET ) so it goes perfect but the problem is when i load my save or when i die the game crashes , im so sad that i cant enjoy ur jacket , plz help asap

The savegame.sav file is usually located in: C:\ProgramFiles(x86)\Steam\userdata\youruserid\254700\remote

i tried deleting my save data but it kept coming back loading If you delete the savegame.sav file there is no way for the game to load or save files until you create a new one. Once the file is deleted, the game will prompt you to create a new savegame.sav file after you attempt to load or save.
