It seems that the default models are still loading… You should read my tutorial on LFS files.
About the Ashley encounter… I have no clue what's causing that other then you could be experiencing a polygon issue… I'm not sure.
Did you try using a razor's DLL yet?

There is no such tutorial. "You should read my tutorial on LFS files" Well you are really confused… LFS files have nothing to do with the DLL. If you want to read my tutorial on the LFS files look it up in the modding tools section of this website. Improper handling of the LFS Files is the most common mistake that people make when trying to install a mod.

i can confirm that Razor's dll prevented models from disappearing from the screen...i tested the village fight with the option to make bodies not disappear when killed and everything was fine

If that language hurts your feelings I apologize. I dont mean to offend as i am here to help. If I didnt care about helping people I wouldn't spend my precious time replying to abandoned posts. I could simply let this thread take its own course as I am not the author of this mod, but since it is so popular I have decided to lend myself to help people who are having problems . The truth is now I am pretty sure you dont understand what I originally meant. If you are interested in moving forward let me know.

Well, I thought you originally said that this could be some sort of problems with LFS files constantly being loaded or something and you offered me to have a look at your tutorial on LFS files. That's when I asked you if you could link me said tutorial so I could have a look and try to fix the problem. I guess we were both confused and if my previous post came out as little aggressive, I apologize.

I believe the RE4 HD project uses different textures for the ITM for the Items so I imagine this is your issue because the models included in this mod might be calling on textures that simply arent there. Im not 100% on this, so a clean install of the game would be recommended before using this mod if you want to see if that is the issue. You could also try using the DLL companion by razor and use my Master ITM mod along with it. You can try installing the Stage files only if you want to keep the textures for those. Good Luck. Moreover, I have a problem that DOES ruin the experience (to a degree at least). Upon meeting Ashle- I mean Nevan, the game starts to run in slow motion. My FPS counter says the game is running between 38-42 FPS but it is evident that it is not. Any help would be appreciated. PS. I have a rig that can EASILY run this game at 60 FPS consistently so I doubt that my rig is the issue here. Can confirm. For some reason, having Nevan on screen as a companion will make my framerate drop to 35, regardless of graphical settings or resolution. Is there solution for this? Razor's DLL doesn't really seem to change anything. Tried with both TotalPolygonsOnScreenFix set on true and false.
