I like healthy people. My best life experiences were with people of all ages who had meat on their bones. Our gun haters are those who aren't. I hope they can improve their diets, but truth be told, when someone's been hungry for a long time, it marks them for life. I'm for everyone getting an education, but first comes the body, or it can't fuel the brain. I'm a healthy person and I can say that I'm neither freightened by guns nor violence. Anything in moderation is possible. I just hope we can take care of our kids well enough to stop them developing bias or bigotry towards the use of force.

Hey? So because I am unhealthy after having my aneurysm and strokes you have no respect for me?
I really see little purpose to this thread other than an attempt at starting fights.

Health is not so black and white. People can be greatly varied and have very healthy outlooks and be over or under weight physically. Sometimes things are genetic or incidents happen and people's physical/ mental and even emotional health can decline. It's all about finding a balance in yourself and striving towards to bettering yourself whether that is physically or mentally.
Everyone has their own path and journey and I have discovered that all I can do is give my support and wisdom when people cross my path and ask it of me. I will admit my goals to achieve a body like "Chris Redfield" is undeniably vain and rooted in the societal archetype of masculinity to feel secure in myself. (I have issues so I'm not healthy either in the big scheme of things.) However in turn the process of pursuing such an overly ambitious and often unrealistically idealistic power/confidence fantasy has lead me to realize that everyone is own their own unique process and journey in life. I often come to the realization (probably from too much dopamine and adrenaline during my gym sessions) that:
We are all metaphorically unraveling and ever changing. We all have the possibility of potential. It's not always the destination we have to reach, but recognizing how the journey changes us ultimately in trying to better ourselves. We all must struggle to discover what strengths we have within ourselves. People may come and go but what we learn and experience is what inevitably shapes us into who we are today. For better or for worse we all change and sometimes part of the challenge is pertaining to our health (physical, mental, emotional) which ultimately does decline with time as all things do. We as individuals and as species are far from out perceived ideals and yet there is always something we can do about it. They say insanity is when you try something 1000 times and expect a different result, but it is also the definition of persistence. The beauty and awe of life is that nothing is ever guaranteed and there is struggle. Creativity is equally met with Destruction and opposites vitally compliment each other. After all how can we recognize and appreciate Love, Joy, Health and Compassion, without suffering from Hate, Sorrow, Illness and Apathy. We are never perfect in reality but in the pursuit of perfection we discover that although we may never fully achieve it, doesn't mean we can be on step closer each day to realizing it doesn't matter that we never get there, it's what we learn from it as temporal beings on this earth. We are all on our own path and therefore we should place faith in ourselves as well others that: We all can achieve the greatness that we are all capable of is we choose to chase after it hard enough. Strive and you in turn realize how everything including other people strive alongside you. (Dynamism is everything)
That is why I go to the gym now (among other less spiritual things) because 1 in 5 sometimes 20 workout sessions such thoughts cross my mind and I realize how really powerful and awesome the universe is and that includes YOU , dear reader.
PS: Sorry I got so elated I felt a primal urge to express myself in poetic philosophy.
