Well I've a little problem with my RE5 for PS3..

I played RE5 on Xbox, PC and now I bought for PS3. Problem is that this game is "running slowly" for me..
Like when u turn this game on Computer from 2006 year.. xD
Well, I dunno where is problem, if in game, console or what..
It's like running on 20 - 25 fps.. Sometimes where are a lot enemies around u, it lagging like sh*t. :/
I tried a lot of things but nothing worked.. And I don't think that console getting warm or something, because if I touch it everything is fine and it doesn't make any wierd sounds or something, like for example when I play Beyond: Two Souls, but it still working fine, Re5 not.

Some people asked me, if I've updated game.. Well, in save data it show me that I've save files for 2.0 version, but when I check game version in info (at PS3 Menu) it says 1.01.
Problem is that it doesn't ask me about any updates and yes, I've PS3 connected to internet..

Please, try to help me, say ides, I am totally lost

Maybe you have memory problems....

if you have very Little free space for the game

that could be a reason why.

other reason could be:

What Ps3 do you have?

If you have the FAT ps3 you can update the firmware (4.31)

or the most recent version.

I´m not sure wich is the newest.

you need to restablish ps3 system, complete format.

WARNING: first make a back up of all your save data in a USB

another reason:

if you play using the disk could be a "lens" problema

probably need a new one

Final reason:

if you play in a very old LCD TV,

SOMETIMES (not always) could be a problema

try to play in another TV.

I use PS3 Slim (I bought before 3 months) and I tried on 2 TVs.
Well, on my TV are games very wierd to play, I can't accustom on that.. But RE5 works a little better here, what is wierd, other ones works horrible for me..
So for that I use my monitor, which I use on PC too. I can try re-establish my PS3, I hope it will works.
