Well considering the steam store still says the 19th and capcom were still saying a 19th for a PC release yesterday. It's not right

Just checked a store in Norway, and they list 22nd for the Origins Collection, so I assume that's what the site is talking about. I don't think Capcom has ever had a game launch on steam which wasn't worldwide. It's baffling that there's no countdown on the steam store page, and it's also really weird they've decided to release games later in the day (I can remember RE HD Remaster, DMC4 SE, and Rev 2 were all 6 am gmt last year), but I expect this to be available in around 2 and a half hours for everyone. I consider DLC worthy when they're contents produced after the game launch (like every RE5 GE DLC for example) Which is not the case with RE0 HD as you said, they were revealed months before release and only 4 of them were mentionned to be available through preorder. In any case, I'm really disappointed in Capcom for getting back to its shitty DLC practices. Glad we didn't have this happened with REmake with the BSAA skins. I'll wait for a price drop on these probably. Should happen fast with RE 20th anniversary approaching soon. I agree it's less than ideal, but it's still a thousand times better than what they did in 2012 with Dragon's Dogma, RE6, and Street Fighter X Tekken. It's just a bunch of cosmetic outfits, and compared to RE HD Remaster we had no idea we'd be getting this many. It's definitely a case of Capcom being a bit greedy, but I personally don't see it as a big deal.

If someone knows how to take care of these horrible controls, can they update me? I can't play the game with X not being run, and I'd like to be able to use right trigger to aim and A to shoot, just like REmaster.

There is, but there's no way to rebind buttons or anything like it. It's only possible on KB+M.
I looked up config file in AppData and swapped the inputs for X and B, but it solved nothing. I even tried making the file read only.
I didn't do this kind of stuff for REmake so I'm probably out of my element with trying this stuff, but I don't think it would be that hard.

My default solution to this kinds of problems is to us XInputTest or x360ce, you can swap normal buttons with 'em, also triggers will be a problem. Also obviously in-game button prompts will get all wrong accordingly. Not an ideal solution, but as of now it's better than nothing.

Yes, I went ahead and made the game stop using the gamepad itself and rebound all of the keys how I had them on REmaster for Xpadder. After a lot of fiddling I got it just right. It's ridiculous that I have to do that, though.

I will be happy to play the game in a few days.
Seriously since when do people agree to being treated poorly? How am I the only one pissed off by the DLC mess? The fact customers kept quiet for so long is why DLC is still alive and kicking. Damn. Whatever.
