I don't think your processor can handle it and you haven't really listed your graphics card specs (like how much Vram it has) but if you really want to know for sure if your PC can handle RE6 then try running this benchmark tool store.steampowered.com/app/229950/

I tried to run RE6 on an ASUS monitor with an anologue cable, linking it to my Intel Graphics 4600 card. The performance was lacklustre. The visuals were wanting at my current High Resolution settings from the previous monitor, so I had to choose medium settings for optimal performance. I would advise new users to stay away from Intel HD. I only used it by accident as I didn't realize that my PC has two graphics cards. I have a DVI-D port for my GTX 780ti and one for my Intel HD 4600. I have since given back the monitor and replaced it with one with a DVI-D port and boy, does it make a difference. Why on Earth is Intel HD still around?

according to the benchmark tool i cannot run RE6. yet nonetheless i tried it, messing around with some options and settings and got it working near perfectly. i deal with LONG loading screens but that's it. heard the default textures for RE6 were terrible to begin with so not quite sure the poor textures is due to my graphics settings.
if you are old-school gamer, you can deal with loading screens and poor graphics and textures just fine. give it a shot.
