Could you tell me how can I swap characters in story mode, after downloading this patch, Please? I've already had Sectus' mod manager but I still cannot figure out. Thanks, dude. Not a dude. Install the patch via mod manager. Then open RE5 for about a minute then hit "activate trainer". Set 1p: Chris BSAA and 2p: Sheva BSAA to whatever your heart desires. Enjoy. (Beware of crashes though)

As Snipz said, that's a bug with the mod manager, not the patch :C

Swaping characters in story mode and then join a online match, game doesn't work correctly. This problem like door not opening hapened also whit wilsonso trainer in Live version of RE5 if you connect to a match as a swaped model.

this normaly happens if you model swap say Barry over Sheva and Jill over chris ?

In my experience, it happens if /both/ players are using a model swap.
If say, I swap to Wesker STARS, but player 2 swaps to Sheva Fairytale, the game works fine.

The guest player can't model swap their character, or the co-op doors won't work.
The host player can swap their character and the co-op doors will work fine.

Sorry for no update I've been playing GTA V XD ALOT I will update this hopefully very soon.
As for what people are saying, yes B doors are Sectus' mod manager, the 'patch' is just extracted arcs of the files it trys to open it doesn't make chris become sheva or what have you.
I will post a link to mod manager on the original post for future reference.

Replacing Sheva with Jill in Story causes the 'RE5 has stopped responding crash'
1-1 when you Talk to the butcher
4-1 when the Popokarimu appears at the very end
6-2 when Excella Uroboros appears in the cutscene to initiate the boss fight
6-3 when you go down the elevator
I replaced Sheva with Excella & Rebecca and oddly enough they don't cause that crash there. I remember these same crashes occurred with wilsonso's trainer and old model swaps.

Unfortunately I was unable to recreate this, for me it just out right crashed when i interacted with the merchant in the butcher shop. I would suggest not poking your character in the trainer till after the cutscene with him then restarting checkpoint. Also to anyone else, the versus mode nitrogen rounds I still haven't been able to find the files so once I do I'll release an update for it. Otherwise keep bringing in crash reports and remember to provide information as above
