worked on the faces and eyes and eyelash textures, almost done (4 hours and half to do that lol ):
hairs uv's in conterpart may need to be modified to make it easier to do the texture, i will see for that . the body parts will give me a lot more work i think :/ damn is there no way you can use text mode to export the textures ?

nope i can extract them but they looks like corrupted.
anyway here is the hair retexture, still only diffuse texture

hmm well ill be busy till the end of the month and maybe even more since i have like a house job to do now and my family takes no for an answer xD but if you really want me to do the mod then ill see what i can do =\ also is there a way to get her with bones so i can make her in T-pose at least ? cuz im not good with posing a non boned model .__.

Nice nice actually I was doing a wip for you too but the textures are not so good. here is a project I had for re 6 but is still a lot of work to do sebastian from the devil within  And my version of kidman   in game still some bugs  I know they look like crap but anyway almost all my mods I have to re texture anyway that is why some of them looks like low res. I can use your texture for the face but not the hair because there are some little bugs in the alphas in game like sometimes the hair disappear or won't show at all.

just looked at the evil within textures and managed to extract two of them but they are greyscale and with some bugs lol.
why ? the game use also a CLUT texture (look up table texture) like indexed colors so each texture need to be decoded then remaped with indexed colors all this is done directly on gpu.
so doing all the shit would be a pain in ass.
