don't use the 360 files... use sectus' arc tool and if you want to get the models you have to import them into 3ds max with the re6/revelations modding script
edit could a moderator/admin maybe sticky this thread?

I'm interested in making some of the backgrounds higher resolution, by recreating them from scratch (I have a background in 3D art and graphic design).
I've downloaded Sectus' Arctool and unpacked the Room files, but I have no idea what to open to begin editing the background images. I've opened up the few .tex files I found and they just contained door textures and lens-flares. Anyone have any ideas on how to edit the background art?
Is that contained in the .mod file? If so, how would I go about opening / editing that?

nativePC\arcPC\id\e_rom\title\title.arc is the pause screen. Wich common.arc i found on the common.arc from nativePC\arcPC\id\e_rom xbos keys And way is the are qr code in side off resident evil? I foud it inside of this file op_upload\id\e_rom\pc\tex\common\option

Inside of ingamecommon.arc has some filters like TVMask_LIN.tex and TVNoise_LIN.tex the arc is located in nativePC\arc
Those tex somehow control effects like Film Grain etc.
BTW: I also find those TVMask_LIN.tex and TVNoise_LIN.tex inside the nativePC\system\filter folder.
