This is the exact same trainer I'm trying to use for my Resident Evil 4 and it won't work! I don't know what I'm doing wrong but I type in "game.exe" and it always says game is not running. I've tried several different trainers and those won't work either!

Well! You must check your game first! Because there are 2 kind of game Re4: Resident evik and Biohazard, that mean there are 2 trainer version too! If you play resident Evil.you can down it and if you play Biohazard.you can ask Rebecca to get Bio trainer

For Biohazard 4 This is What I Use  And Please Type The Correct Name Of Game "Example game.exe But Im Using 1.0 game.korea.1-0 And Dont Forget To Type .exe After the Game Name  And Works Fine  RESULT   For Biohazard 1.0 Only
