The result is fine in gameplay: greenshotBut in cutscene it is error like this Can anyone please help me? I don't understand what wrong with the achead file while the head file work well?

i think cutscenes use a different file for textures. what you have is the one for gameplay i think.

I don't understand clearly how the .mod and the .mrl file work. This is when I swapped only the .mod of the head in the achead.arc. Even the texture is not correct it must have been shown, although wrongly, on the head mesh, but here it just did not shown. Something related to shading in the .mod that must be changed by editing the .mod, that is all I can think about it.

if you use the texmod software you can replace all the texture you want so even if you need to start the game with the software every time , you will can replace the cinematic texture used by the good texture and your character should be ok
and in more you will have no size limit for the textures

I'll also mention that ingame heads and ACheads are different, simply trying to swap Leon's to Chris' is bound to be buggy. Im surprised you got Chris' ingame head working!

I have never succeeded in swapping achead.arc to make things work in cutscene. I only succeeded in gameplay so far. I swapped Chris head to Leon (gameplay) with error not easily to recognize (Chris head became narrower and he looks angry or focused all the time). I also swapped Piers head to Jake (in gameplay) and no error happened, except that Piers head became very , how can I say, not puppyish (the cuteness of Piers), or I can say Piers head became angry and focused. I'll upload pictures later

Any chance you can release this once you're done? It looks promising!
