This looks very nice, but the only problem I get with it is that it de-syncs the audio in cutscenes a lot.

I have almost all of your RE4UHD texture mods installed, and none of them affect the game's performance at all, just this one.

It makes me really upset because it's the one I want the most.

Do you have an idea of how I might be able to fix this issue?

try to desative some effects in your video card settings!
