I activate the manager it then it crashes. Anyway, its very pretty!

Excuse me, but I'm having problems with this mod. It was working, but now when I drop it into my game folder, the second I start it up, it stops responding. Is this a global issue, or is it something to do with dx, as d3d9.dll is what's causing it.
