Try to use this version of REmake , this is what i use on my Win7 x64 and works fine :
WII REmake Torrent Page (RE4E08.wbfs)
Once downloaded torrent , since this is a ISO compressed (WBFS) , you use this app to extract to ISO :
WiiBaFu To obtain the ISO is simple : on Wii Backup Fusion on Files , click "Load" , now finds and ONLY select the folder that contains WBFS and click "select folder" , then select the file and click "Extract Image" (ISO) , done.
Now you just follow the packman's tutorial , with just an exception :
inside this ISO there is ONLY one partition (Partition 0) , you use this ! 
Here my Dolphin 4.0 settings to display REmake emulated in best way , at least for my configuration (GTX 780) , if you have a not powerful graphic card , just to lower AA, AF and per-pixel illumination ; these screens are in italian but the icons are same for english version ..
Hope this can help you on your -REmake emulated adventure-.

This is just random talk, not necessarily wanting people to do it, but you think the same could apply to Resident Evil 0? As in swapping the character models around similar to how you done it in Resident Evil 1?
Would be neat to have unique possibilities.
Jill + Barry

Claire + Steve
Claire + Leon
Rebecca + Barry
or even have same gender ideas
Wesker + Barry
Claire + Sherry
Leon + Krauser
Ada + Ashley

Wait,Since Ashley and Moira are very alike in the Resident Evil Series--Damn,Moira doesn't use guns anymore. Well i say maybe Ashley(Player/me ;3) and.................Leon since basically ashley was using guns bef-- Actually,this is far back,so Moira and Ashley could work ,But with if moira then was quite young?
