Work on changing that then, bit by bit. No point hating yourself if its something you can genuinely improve on, that is of course easier said than done, but then if your keep trying, that's something to be accounted for as well!

Habits are not easy to break and often we do fall off the wagon with trying to improve ourselves, but then that is part of the process too, so just take is a step at a time and keep your chin up!

It's not always about the physical, the mental process has to be valued too:
