I am proud to unveil my newest mod project, Excella, the Experimenter!
This is the realization of an idea I had where Excella herself tested the potential of the B.O.W.s she and Albert created; clad in a fashionable field testing suit and powerful weaponry.
This mod features a new outfit for Excella, portrait replacements for Mercenaries Reunion, thematic retextures for the Px4, L.T.D., handgun ammo, and some grenade launcher rounds, (flame and acid). Additionally, I have implemented new Italian voice lines for her, using my AI voice model! See the table below for the replacements. Moreover, I also replaced the BGM for Mercenaries Reunion to the "Lab" stage theme from DOA5. Credit for the model port goes to Mr. Alex Thank you for doing such a wonderful job.
The idea behind the redesigns of the weapons was to make the loadout more experimental, as if she were testing new weaponry."C3-E" stands for "Countermeasure-3: Excella," the third model of a custom weapon she and Tricell produced to deal with the B.O.W.s in case of any issues. In my imagining, the grenade launcher rounds were also still in development at this time and were prototypes; the textures for all the ammo reflect this. The L.T.D. was renamed to "The Sterilizer," and is being used as a last resort in case of any issues with the other weapons. Finally, to protect herself from infection, Excella comes equipped with an antiviral spray!
You can use Raz0r & Dante's trainer and the .inventory files I provided to use my custom loadout for her.
