I personaly think that CORE Tomb Raider games were pretty much garbage after TR2 (and even that's a stretch, since it was significantly worse than 1996 Tomb Raider). Crystal Dynamics started to go downhill with the unpolished mess that was Tomb Raider Underworld. They've somewhat redeemed themselves with the reboot. We'll see if they keep the momentum...

Haha, and I think that TR Underworld was closer to old TR games and was good, but TR Legend and 2013 reboot was made for casual gamers and are too easy.. And everybody talks that TR 2013 was overrated.

^ I'm glad that I'm not, Lara looks like a plastic doll in DE, but I still have all DLC thanks to GOTY edition (so no need for DE for me), where Lara looks more like human lol
P.S. I hope that this game will be a ''little'' longer than 2013 reboot..

And everybody talks that TR 2013 was overrated. The word casual is thrown into statements so many times that I don't even know what it means anymore. As far as TR Legend goes it did what it had to- evolved and adapted. They took the best action adventure game with enviromental puzzles available at that time (Prince of Persia Sands of Time) and changed it until it started resembling a Tomb Raider game. I see nothing wrong with that. As for the difficulity- from TR3 onwards most of the "challenge" was due too the clunkyness of the controls, bad design with dumb puzzles and new moves/vehicles for Lara that instead improving the pace slowed it more than it already was. The closest game to the CORE releases created by CD would unsurprisingly be TR:Anniversary- Underworld while not that horrible, contrary to what I wrote, was hindered by numerous glitches that plagued it. And other then bigger but fewer levels gameplay/mechanicaly wise it's almost exactly like the previous two.

If we are calling Legends casual, then so is Underworld The only reason this game was somehow hard is because it was really sloppily made whenever it came to hitboxes and awkward jumps at times

I don't care about bugs or controls that much (RE1-RE3 all had tank controls too), I still love classic TR games more, and I still like Underworld and Anniversary much better than casual/arcade Legend or 2013 reboot.. And nothing will change that XD P.S. I love TR1, TR4 and TR2 the most

And nothing will change that XD P.S. I love TR1, TR4 and TR2 the most Couldn't agree more. I am still playing older TR games, while I finished TR 2013 once, and decided never to play it again. As a game it's a good game, but as TR game, in my opinion... well, I have to say no. Much of the people that I know agree with me on that matter. But, when it comes to the older games, I'm playing the shit out of them. And the Guardian of Light.
