I have taken it upon myself to sift through all of the files pertaining to Sheva in the following location:
Resident Evil 5\nativePC_MT\sound\bgm\oto\emo_voice
If you have experience in audio modding, you probably know that these are .sngw files, which must be converted before you can listen to them. Each file pertaining to Sheva is named with the template "s_x.sngw," with "x" being a number. In the table, you'll find the number that replaces "x" in the file name, a transcription of what is said, and the number of samples.
Moreover, I'd like to mention that every line has a version that plays when your partner is far from you over the radio and these are demarcated with "_r" in the game's files. The number of samples for these lines have been included in the "samples (radio)" column.

Mind the following indicator symbols: * and ?
*The line is not in English, but rather, Swahili. Spelling may be incorrect. ?This line appears to be a Swahili expression. "Mungu utusaidie?"

I haven't seen any lists out there that document what each file contains, so I made one.
Well right here 8 years ago : residentevilmodding.boards.net/thread/3852/sound-listChris (Def), Sheva (Def), Jill (Def) & Wesker are documented. DLC characters (Barry, Rebecca, Josh, Excella, Chris, Sheva & Jill) aren't even though there is more voicelines

anybody knows how to change chris costume 3 voices?
i just swapped the spc file and it didnt worked.
so i changed one by one of the files inside the spc and even
that didnt worked too.
i think the game loads his sounds from a external source couse it doesnt make any sense for me.
