Of course you need hd project, its written many times in the topic

Hi! A few things. The Ashley optional file doesn't work AT ALL. Like Ashley is a giant weird missmatch of textures and upon opening the inventory the game crashes. I have no mods installed in my game. (EDIT: wanted to add, as Ada as well shes T posing in the lobby and if I try to equip the shotgun or TMP the game crashes as well)

My only question is, are you using hd project?

ofc. I only downloaded HD project once I saw your mod available haha (Im bored of playing as Leon and love playing Ada) Btw It wasn't the Ashley stuff. While Ashley was an untextured blob, I removed all Ashley files and reinstalled it and it was still the same problem

Everything is working good, I even installed the mod on my girlfriend computer yesterday and everything was great.

here's 2 screenshot with ashley and no "T pose" or mismatch textures as you mentioned

By the way, shotgun and tmp equipped with no crash. Means you're installing wrong or there's something wrong with your game.

I dont know what kinda mod could have in your game. days ago i installed the mod on my girlfriend computer without any problems.

just download the game on steam, installed the hd project 1.1 and then install the mod. everything works good.
