I managed to get the melees working with my Claire as well. This is really interesting. How'd Jackel managed to convert the 3DS .lmt file to PC? I'm still hung up on that. This has really inspired me to port over Krauser now.
Edit: I just now noticed that I'm missing several people from my Steam friends list. Is it cool if I add you back Yumiko?

I did a lot of damage testing and calcs just now. I'd like to share the results. Especially the situations these melees would hold more use.
Head melee = 350 x3 Front arm melee = 250 Back arm melee = 250 Front leg melee = 350 x3 Back leg melee = instant kill Ground melee = 1100 Deathblow = 2000 x2
Some important notes I took:
-Trying to use a full melee on a Big Man Majini never works. I spent a lot of time testing out this by getting him next to a wall. This is so all melees will hit. The first will do damage. The second cannot do damage if the first connects. Only the first and third hits will do damage. It also varies a lot. I've gotten a couple times where the kick will do the full 350. Otherwise expect it to do 630 total IF they're next to a wall. Otherwise 315 damage because the first hit connects low. This also applies to normal Majinis. -Using her front leg melee on Execs yields a consistent 490 damage if both hits do connect. First hit does 210. Second does 280. Something to note is because this causes flinching twice...the Exec will retaliate with his enraged double swing after. And this move has a LOT of end lag. -Her front leg melee consistently hits for 350 damage. The hitbox change compared to Jill's is much better. It hits the torso normally whereas Jill's usually hit low for 315 damage. -Her front arm melee consistently hits the head for 300 damage. Base damage is 250. This is better than her melee in Mercs 3D surprisingly. -Back arm melee hits low just like in 3D. Instead of doing 250 damage...it usually does 225 damage. -Back leg melee is classified as an instant kill. Though that doesn't matter compared much to 3D. Most Majinis have 800 HP to begin with. Which is how much it does in 3D. You'll only notice a performance difference on Majinis that have tons of HP (which is extremely rare). So enemies like Allyson or the Agitator Majini in Mercs.
Her melees overall seem to fare worse compared to 3D. They're not connecting fully. That's fine though. Her play style carries over from 3D based on this. I'm having a blast using a bottom tier character still.

I love the mlees a lot it makes it feel like a brand new character which was one of my favorite aspects of this mod! Super interesting though this is really nice to know

Even though the melees don't connect properly, I still find her fun because she plays exactly like in 3D. And with the loadout she has, I can just default to my usual strats while playing. To get a full match with her LMT you also need to find a way to port HIT files to PC and then it will be work properly. Majini should also be checked out, because their LMT files also have animations that are responsible for how they react to character hits animation.
Actually I'm wondering how that person was able to port LMT to PC, if he has a tool, because I would be interested in talking and research other LMT files from 3DS in work on PC version.

Yup. Hex editing allows us to adjust hitboxes. And I believe it's number 14 in the .lmt files where every Majini has a unique animation to the character's instant kill. Also I agree completely. I would really like to know how this person converted her .lmt file from 3D to RE5. There could be a lot of discussion.

I wanted to put more emphasis on the character's personality from Game of Oblivion, so all her voice lines are from there. I just recently changed her melees to the ones Yumiko had put together. She's one of the worst Mercenaries characters ever, but I still main the character because she's a favorite of mine.

Dear Yumiko, thanks for this post.
However, I am not sure how to install your mod into the steamapps folder. I tried to place your "Image" files (replace the original JillCos.arc files with yours), and then add "Sound" files into the sound directory, however the game crashes while on the "Now Loading"
I have no idea, yeah, I am complete newbie to this game modding, but having a go, as I like Claire Redfield from RE Merc 3D/Darkside Chronicles (Wii/PS4). I have fluffy manager installed, not sure is that what I use instead.
