Does anybody know how to extract character animations from re4 such as Leon's kick for an example?

Does anybody know how to extract character animations from re4 such as Leon's kick for an example? Most of the mêlée moves like kicks are actually stored in the emxx.udas files. These are extracted with the UDAS tool. In the extracted folders are the FCV and SEQ files which are the animations.
