This is VERY interesting. Tell me, at about 59 seconds in, I notice there was a stage select? Does that mean you are adding a seperate mode just like how the versus mod is set up, or is this simply just the Mercenaries Stage Select Screen redone.

Oh I getcha, well either way it looks pretty damn cool. This would be nice to finally have enemies spawn in the Spencer Mansion. Would be fun.

Sorry for being rude, but this video does not cause me confidence. All items shown not prove that it was done in the PC version. The same can be done on consoles!
I mean that the video could be recorded from the console, and now are trying to present it so that it works as well on the PC (to make videos popular? Tease? I do not know).
The second thing that bothers me is the author - Mr. Nightmare. If this is true, when you consider how this man rudely said goodbye to all of this forum, it is likely that he will never be released publicly!

If you go to 01:30 (Video) you can see that the Break Free has PC Icons.
