M4A1 replaces Chicago-Typewritter 2.0 UHD

This is an update of my old mod. The reason I didn't update that page is that this itiration of the mod requires a bit more stuff in order to work, so I left the old one in case somebody didn't want to go over the extra steps (your loss!)

• You must have Albert's re4hd mod installed (and name his .dll files winmm.dll and winmm.ini respectively) 
• You must have raz0r's companion .dll and a 1.06 version of the game and 4gb patched, more info HERE
