You got a good start so far man. My suggestion is you might want to raise the actual Portraits Up a bit to fit the white space in the background. So that the rest of the char portraits stay a bit consistent. This is an example of what I mean from a project I did a long time ago replacing Wesker into Leon 100% Portrait Beta (Needed some transparency work on the gun, but the idea is still there)  However I will say that the way you setup the Mercenaries Lobby So far is Well (Leon/Ada/Claire all have nice consistent pics and are very good quality). Rachel could be pushed up just a tad, but other than that you are doing fine man.

I made the character select pics so small because of the difficulty finding high quality renders, seeing as I'm guessing most of the models are gonna be modded anyway  So thats why, if you can do it? I'm sure we can combine them. Rachael I put her that far down due to a logo on her render and I'm no good with alphas so I just find ones that have alpha already xD

Oh I getcha ya man. That is the biggest problem when finding good pics. If things don't work out you might have to make manual tweaks yourself. Hell you might even have to look in different locations such as deviantart. Just like with this one here. Originally it had a bad white outline around the edges because it wasn't in front of a transparent background. So with a little touching up (magic wand, quick mask, etc). You can eliminate it. Sure it won't be perfect, but it is a step in the right direction.  I'm pretty sure you can handle it man, I think you got enough know how to get it situated. Either way you are doing fine and just keep workin with it.

It should be. There's a mod for Rebecca that replaces Sheva, and it has the voice right. True, it already technically is in the game.

It should be. There's a mod for Rebecca that replaces Sheva, and it has the voice right. True, it already technically is in the game. Im pretty certain they just ripped the voice files which are already formatted.
