How to modify weapons attributes (PS2)

Hey there,guys.
I have been asked a few times about modifying the weapons attributes and noticed that this info is a bit scattered and incomplete around here in the forum, so I decided to create this thread to join everything up.
The offsets mentioned here will be related to the European version (SLES) of the game in PS2, but it will also work on USA and possibly 2007 PC version, by simply searching for the bytes instead of offset.
Damage values were easily found, with the help of this thread over here.
DAMAGE UPGRADE LIST
Every 4 bytes are a Float value for damage value.
Example: 66 66 66 3F in Float means 0.9, which is the first damage upgrade for the Punisher weapon.
The LAST Float value in some weapons are repeated, that means that the damage will not be increased at the subsequent upgrades.

FIRING SPEED UPGRADES
Every 4 bytes are a Float value for Firing Speed value, which uses some different calculation, every "1" float value means something around 0,035 in firing speed.
To understand the logic, see the values in the list below.
