Hello everyone
so on the last tutorial i covered weapon damage values
today i will cover object like explosive damage values (remember that we can change the damage on how much you and enemies take seperately)
so first we need to extract a objects .arc file for this tutorial i will use "sm1048" which is the explosive metal barrel
if you dont know what you want to edit you can use this arc list (not made by me!)
Arc List
once you got your arc file and extracted it you need to go to this path
"uSm?\soft\chara\sm\sm?\hit (the ? is for your chosen model number)
now we need to open this file
"sm?.atk.xml"
now for the explosive objects we should see 2 lines for player damage and 2 lines for enemie damage like these

we are going to change the "Damage" value
now i dont know the exact reason to why there are 2 damage lines for players and enemies i assume this is the range for when you either stun or get blown back from the barrel
now just change the "??" to your desired damage value (Decimal not Hex)
once you are done with your XML file save and repack the .arc file
now test it in game
if everything worked then you are Done!
Extra: when opening the "sm?.hgm.xml" i noticed you can change the range of how far the explosion goes with the Radius Line
i have not messed with this alot so if you find anything interesting about this line post them here
