Once again, you've really manage to out-do yourself. If (or when) you decide to revamp another weapon, I believe a good choice would be the Red9. Not because its my handgun of choice, but rather because of its elegance and unique detail it has. Clearly, the Red9 distinguishes itself from the rest of the handguns by far, so I think this weapon would be great for you to overhaul. Especially with the skills of your caliber!

It looks fantastic ingame however, there is one tiny bug, I have a pretty decent pc but for whatever reason (maybe due to the very high resolution of the textures) when you fire the first shot with the Handgun, there is a stuttering, the framerate drops to 52 for 2 seconds. Maybe it's just on my end. Anyway i'm just giving my feedback, you don't need to look into it.

Hey no problem, but i think it might not be the fire since I've replaced it with the default one to test it out and got same result. I doubt it is the pc though since I have: Windows 7 Ultimate, Core i7-4770K 4.2 Ghz, gtx 760 2gb, 8 gb ram...

could be the size of texture working up some load, or a compression rate issue when saving... no idea how to fix it... if it lagged on mine i coould probably fix it but i testeed it and full FPS locked... let me know if you find out what is causing it.. i would rather have my mods runs smooth for everyone.

Upon further testing, swapping textures I found out that the problem was in the "02000002.pack/0007.tga" file, replacing it with the original fixed. It's working perfectly now

Someone else had this happen to them on another weapon i did... not sure why it is crashing the game.. only changed the textures that are already in place, increased in size. i have only had 1 crash so far and that was at the end of village in mercenaries mode, it only did it the once though again not sure why...
So far completed the game twice with heavy mods in... no crashes though

I like to use the TMP since it is the only non infinite machine gun in the game, however I always hated the textures. If possible, after you finish the red9 or any other priority you're working on, could you work your magic on that one? . That would be awesome.

As I recall correctly the TMP models that are visible at the merchant shop are with a wooden grip, could you possibly implement this as an alternative version in your future work. Enjoyed all of your work so far, hope to see more from you. Cheers, P

Correct me if I'm wrong, but that merchant shop looks just like the one you encounter just before the very first El Gigante battle...
