Already try that but the ggs told me to change bpp & i dont know how to make it to 16 colors with photoshop Did you read the tutorial on the first post on this thread? It explains exactly how to solve this Ive try to convert the image to tpl but it doesnt work. the image is gif, resolution is 264x264 the name input.gif but when i double click runbat nothing happen. weird. am i missing something when resize it on photoshop ? because i just resize it to 264x264 just like in readme txt

There was a discussion about this over here if you want to read, and you can download the file here.

Yes finally its work but when i inject it to pl0a.dat and play the game its just freeze at loading screen. Ive try different resolution 264x264 and 256x256 (like the original) but its still freeze. Any idea ? Or maybe i could send u the skin and u can try it

Oh and i forgot to tell you i also have krauser face texture that has no red paint & has scar just like in the cutscene. I will send it tomorrow

 I try your mod and its work but it seems has a bug. The skin looks transparent in some part. Dont know maybe this caused when i replace with asf explorer the file over then the limit and im not use reserved space just use auto arrange (sometimes work sometimes not) but this one work but still bug. Idk. Maybe i will using reserved space tomorrow cuz im using phone right know when i first try your mod Ps : i don't have pc, i usually use pc at my work and i only can use it 4 hours a day

Hmmm not sure why that happened, but now you can view and change both textures (torso and pants) with GGS to test with another textures and see if it happens the same.

Ive just use reserved space and the result is still same, some part missing even the knife turns into pink. I have not tried on ps2 console yet. But can i ask u something ? Maybe u could try your mod on aether sx (its ps2 emulator) but if you dont have the time to try it its fine. Btw as my promise before i send u krauser face without red paint & with scar its small texture 128x128 www.mediafire.com/view/kk6v0el7decg9ki/file_4.png/file

Red pixels are better than transparents, what did u fix this time ? Two quick fixes: 1 - The torso texture you sent me has a solid color in knife position, and that's why it was pink, so I adjusted it on Photoshop 2 - Converted the torso image to 256 colors using paint.net, opened pl0a.dat in GGS and imported it in the 6th texture If you have Discord on your phone we can chat through there, this thread is becoming quite big lol.
