This is not possible with Raz0r's DLL or any other means, other than writing your own code. I asked Raz0r to implement this feature, but he was not able to figure it out.

I'm a bit late here but a ETS lock can be done by inserting a type 2 (cutscene) event in the door's prompt range. I still have no idea how to make a type 2 display a message or even link that to a item dependent event, but i know it's the only type that actually overwrites the OPEN prompt. our best shot would be to lock a type B (temporary collision) using the enemy lock in this thread. You will need to make the type B event a little bigger than the OPEN prompt so it cannot be triggered before "unlocking" this event. Can we lock a type B using keys? I don't remember. EDIT: forgot to mention, but you can also use a type B to create a collision for this door and then create a type 1 (doorway) AEV to get to the other side. This is the most simple one and you won't be able to interact with the door at all, but it's still an option.

I recently looked at these types events again, and in each scenario there was much more going on than just Type 2 events. In all the scenarios I looked at there was always a Type0, Type2, Type11, and TypeB. The workaround you described doesn't really address the issue of locking an ETS item. I'm interested in your ideas, but I don't think editing these to function is possible.
