I'm not sure what's causing these spots, I'm using Blender and they appear to be fine there. What can I do to fix this? 1st and 2nd images black spots, 3rd image fine in Blender: imgur.com/a/fGD9WU9

Or maybe , that efect decompress polygon without defend texture .

I Guess Those Are Back-Face Culling Problems, Make Sure You've Delete Those Opposite Direction Polygons Before You Export It As .SMD
(Based My Experience On L4D2 Modding, Since Both Game Use .SMD As Model Format)

Now wondering if there's a way to check what direction polygons are facing what direction in Blender. If not I can just brute force it. Thanks again.

When You Click Those Part
For Much Easier Find Those Back-Face Polygons, Turn-off "2-Sided" Texture On Your Material Setting Since You Used Blender, I Guess This Tutorial Should Help You
