sorry i am confused because you posted that your .mtl file was: map_Kd 0002.dds map_d 0003.tga <----- this needs to be dds DXT1 This method has always worked for me. Anyways... my days of making tutorials are over. There is some good info in the BIN file tutorial I made which can help to understand more about the .mtl files, and how to order materials. I don't think you can fix this unless you make a new alpha channel. See the pictures.
All hair alpha of UHD is made like Ashley's one. Hair alpha of 2B is not good for this game.
Sorry if I mistake 2B's hair texture. I downloaded it from deviantart.

How many hair meshes did you use? And what is the content of the mtl file you are using. Same like you model ... Only trick to reduce tranparant

I said "You should make new better alpha channel by photo shop". You are making a mod from a game whose engine is different. You should know RE4 UHD is an old game and it can not express hair alpha like a game whose name is NieR Automata.

I have question for 3getu841 . This for female mod . Why you choice bone of ashley to replace Leon main game .. why not ADA seperate or Luiz Maybe . As long as I tested, Ada's bone crashes the game if we use it for Leon replace. pl0b pl0c pl16 These are Ada's skeletons. Some of them work in Leon replace with pl00 or pl08. But none of them work with both. Ashley's skeleton never crashes the game. Luiz is a male. There is no reason to use it for a female.
