Mod: No more glowing red eyes for Wesker

I'm working on a mod to replace Wesker with Enrico, and I thought it makes no sense for him to have the glowing red eyes, so I wanted to remove the effect.
It took a few hours of trial and error. I was about to give up and then I succeeded in removing the glow.
HUZZAH!
So I figured I'd release this mod as a standalone for those who prefer to play without the constant red eye glow.
Screenies:
the other effects of his death stare are unaffected though:

known bugs:
- sometimes the heatwave/smoke effect appears briefly. but this should fade away after a few seconds if it does.
