Hi everyone, first time here and I hope to learn more about modding Resident Evil from the various residents of this forum. I've spent a bit getting accustomed to the toolkit for modding RE4 UHD, as I'm trying to bring Leon's jacket into pl08.udas. I'm aware that using his jacket is an option through Raz0r's trainer but I figured it was worth trying anyway to see if it's possible.
The model and textures have been ported to pl08.udas successfully however the jacket physics from the prologue/pl00.udas don't seem to make the transition. I was wondering if there's been any definitive research on why that is. Is it a case of pl08 Leon can't utilise these physics at all or is there more to it?

It is my understanding that the when pl00 is loaded the game calls on bones that in the jacket. If the bones are tied to a mesh, the mesh will move. If pl08 is loaded, the game does not call on these bones as they are not present in the model. Even if we add the mesh and bones from pl00 to pl08, the calls for them are simply not present. If you want jacket for the entire game, use Raz0rs trainer.

also.. there is supposed to be some physics swap with the DLL from Raz0r but I dont know anything about it.
