so i imported the r120 map + the textures for r60a using raz0r's companion and after the first time actually working it just started crashing everytime i tried to enter the map again. do i need to fix something directly in r60a.udas? screenshot of when it worked: ibb.co/WH0jQ6M

Are you using the Son of Persia tools or side-chaining contents of the udas files with the DLL?
PS - I dont have time to check your files.

the entire r60a fix is at the .udas folder (excluding the .pack at the TEXTURES folder) and the smd is inserted at the STAGE folder at companion along with its .pack

IF you are side-chaining it should be FILES-->STAGE--->r60a---->TEXTURES---->4400060a.pack (this should contain all of the textures needed for the SMD AND all the other files that call on textures like the ITM, EFF etc) FILES-->STAGE--->r60a---->0000.SMD (this would be the r120 stage SMD renamed)
