it has to do with her bones. albert knows all about this and had to manually edit the bones.

I went through my emails and found this that albert had to say about it: Yep, the bones, weights, etc from characters are a real pain to edit. And be careful with Ada's cutscene model if you try to edit/change it. That specific model is a reaaaaaaly tricky model to edit because the order the bones are writen inside the bin file is CRITICAL. If their ID is changed (and they WILL by simply opening the model in 3Dsmax and exporting it with no edits at all) the model will turns crazy, it won't load the lower part of the dress, the framerate will drop drastically to 1fps, etc... So, I suffer beyond words while editing Ada's cutscene model: I manually edit the SMD file in the notepad!! That was the only way of not messing with the bone order and the IDs they have... Fortunatelly, it seems that's the only model in cutscenes that have that weird limitationMaybe he can shed more light about the BIN edits that he did.

no advances here = / ... I tried to put the bones in the same order as they appear in the bin file, but even so the error continues ... Legal Soul managed to make this work, I don't know how but, he made mods in which he replaced Ada’s model and it was perfectly fine.

Hello! - Make sure each vertex has assigned 3 bones at most - Try to avoid smaller than 0,1 weights
Let's see if this fix the problem I edited the original model, but you are replacing it completely, so I'm not 100% sure the solutions that worked for me will also work for you!
